We appreciate you as a patient and in return we ask for the same consideration.
We do our best to give you proper notice of your scheduled appointment by contacting you via email/text two weeks in advance and then again three days prior via email/text and/ or a confirmation call. We give you the opportunity to change your appointment if you happen to have a change in your own schedule.
We require 48 hours notice (2 business days) to cancel an appointment. This will give us adequate time to offer your appointment time to another patient in need.
